Non-Refund Policy
Service Completion: We do not provide refunds once the service has been completed or the backlink/guest post has been successfully placed on the designated website.
Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the service if the deliverables meet the specifications outlined in the agreement.
Failure to Review Terms: If a refund request is made due to failure to review or understand our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or any other relevant policies, it will not be granted.
Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be issued if it is determined that the service was used or accessed by someone other than the authorized account holder.
Policy Violation: If a refund request is made following a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service, it will not be granted.
Force Majeure: We do not provide refunds for disruptions or delays in service caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or server failures.
Third-Party Actions: Refunds will not be issued for changes or actions taken by third-party platforms or services, such as payment processors or website hosts.
Exceptions
Duplicate Payment: If a duplicate payment is made in error, we will refund the duplicate amount upon verification.
Service Unavailability: In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill the service due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, a refund may be issued.
